Channel Bender EX

The Channel Bender EX automatically produces the edges of your letters from a variety of materials such as brushed or mirror stainless steel, brass, aluminium, mild steel and even copper.

Its innovative, fully automated system bends and cuts strips of different materials, from 0.8 to 1.6 mm thick and from 25 to 152 mm high.

The flat strips are bent using :
- a flange tool to facilitate the attachment of the bottom of the letters to the edges.
- a crunching tool for bending sharp corners.

Coupled with the automatic management of an overlap and the use of pre-painted strips, this machine allows you to save the usual operations of welding the bottom and painting the edge!
